What Is It?: World of Glass Promotions, named after Tristania’s renowned 2001 album, is a European-based project that promotes lesser-known up-and-coming female-fronted metal bands. Additional help and collaboration is courtesy of the French websites La Grosse Radio Métal and Des filles et des riffs.
This weekend’s release is World of Glass’s first compilation. It contains 3 CDs worth of music, and features the following bands:

One of the featured songs is “Storm” by ex-Xandria singer Kerstin Bischof. Kerstin wrote “Storm” as a tribute to her fans and by asking fans to submit lines of song lyrics. Here is Kerstin’s YouTube video of the song:
